Sytek Electro deems it necessary to terminate the provision of services at its discretion.
Users are not bound by a minimum contract period, except for the already paid period. Refunds will not be issued for amounts already paid, regardless of the reason. Clients may choose to discontinue using the platform at any time, provided that all subscription payments are up to date.
In the event of contract termination, users must immediately cease using the services, and all rights and licenses granted to the users will be revoked.

Payment for the services provided is made in advance. Services will automatically cease to function if a valid payment is not made on time. A payment is considered completed when:
If the transaction is confirmed outside of working hours, it will be processed on the next business day.

Failure to make timely payments will incur late penalties of 0.5% of the outstanding amount for each day of delay, and the provider reserves the right to suspend access to the services until the full outstanding amount is paid. “Force majeure” refers to unforeseeable, unavoidable, and external events that make it impossible to fulfill contractual obligations, including but not limited to: natural disasters, armed conflicts, acts of terrorism, riots, pandemics, power outages, disruptions of essential services, major cyberattacks, or government-imposed restrictions.
In the event of a force majeure occurrence, Sytek Electro will notify users as soon as possible and will make every reasonable effort to resume service delivery as quickly as possible. Sytek Electro will not be liable for any damages or losses caused by such events.
Sytek Electro reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice. Any changes will be published on this page, and users are responsible for periodically reviewing updates.
Continued use of the SMSWapi platform after such modifications will be considered implicit acceptance of the updated terms and conditions. If users do not agree with the changes, they must immediately cease using the platform.
